We have just returned from a one week cruise on Carnival Victory sailing around the Caribbean. The ports of call were excellent but unfortunately the ship was not. The cabins were dirty, passengers were allowed to smoke in all areas of the ship and the food in the pacific restaurant was at best luke warm and at worse cold.
